Neither of them sugar coated the work ahead for us. They gave us a priority list and said “get on it”! It worked! The house sold for full asking in 12 days! Throughout it all I was a neurotic mess and Jed put up with me! He was encouraging without being fake. He didn’t give me false hope. He was grounded. Even when we received the offer he was realistic and advised about what could go right, but also what could go wrong. He was exactly what we needed! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
